Scandia Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America includes all women who are members of the Scandia congregation. As a community of women we gather to grow in faith and fellowship. 

Scandia WELCA held a general meeting in September with 9 members present. The LWR kits, quilts, and soap were packaged for transport. An executive board meeting was held in November with the main purpose to disperse funds from WELCA treasury. Monies were distributed to mission projects in our community and at state and global levels. Funds were also designated for use in Scandia church projects such as maintenance for the organ and possible roof repair.
